Breaking bread together has been a core practice of the Advocate since its founding. What started as a simple vegetarian meal after each service has evolved into a joyful weekly continuation of the Eucharist.

Each Sunday immediately after the 10:30 service we gather for lunch and fellowship, outdoors on our grounds whenever possible. Most Sundays a small group of volunteers provides the lunch; occasionally we have a potluck or fire up the pizza oven. The food is set up in the carport, and folks are welcome to eat outside or in the parish house. There are usually vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
