Silent Retreat August 3 – 5

The 2012 silent retreat at Avila Retreat Center offered by the Contemplative Prayer Groups of Church of the Advocate and Church of the Holy Family will be held Friday evening, August 3 to Sunday noon August 5.  The cost will be $150 for food and two nights’ lodging.  It is open to all.  The retreat is mostly in silence but we will have Morning and Evening Prayer, a Eucharist, and brief discussions of Robert Benson’s Living Prayer.  Please contactcharsullivan@yahoo.com or 919-542-2521 for further information and/or a registration form.
